I contracted Pam's Pot formly known as Jamaica's Island Comfort catering this past spring (on quite short notice, mind you) for an important business luncheon.  Sereena handled my order with professional courtesy.  I chose Jamaica's Island Comfort because they offer a wide range of authentic West Indian and American Soul food dishes including non-pork and vegetarian items.
The portions they brought us were both generous and sumptuous for the price.  They were prompt, and showed up an hour early to set up, so that the meeting and the eating could begin at the same time!  
My favorite dishes were the cabbage and the jerk shrimp. 

Pam's Pot formly known as Jamaica's Island Comfort will remain my go-to caterer whenever I have my next party or business luncheon!
